Pricing:

On time team pricing: $79 per athelete All Star team. $360 per team School teams. Registered and paid 2-3 weeks prior to event date.

Early Bird team pricing: $75 per athlete All Star team. $350 per team School teams. Registered and paid 4 or more weeks prior to event date.

Late fees: teams registering less than 2 weeks prior to Nationals pay and extra $100 per team.

Coaches: 2 coaches attend free per team! Additional coaches pay $25 each.

Individuals and Stunt Groups: $35 per athlete individual. $150 stunt group or duet. $50 per cross over. Two coaches per team enter free. Additional coaches pay $25 each.

National Admissions: $15 per day adult. $10 per day child (7-17), seniors and military with ID. Children under the age of 6 are free. 3 day pass $40 per adult, $25 child, senior and military with ID.

Flooring: 42′x54′ spring loaded floor for All Star arena. 42′x54′ cheer floor carpet for High Schools, College, and Dance

Qualifying: Pac West’s nationals is an Open Nationals, so there is no qualifying to attend. All teams are welcome. This championships is a Worlds Cheer and Dance Qualifier. See bid information below.

The following times are approximate and subject to change
Friday schedule: individual and stunt group competition. 2-6pm
Friday night check in: coaches check in teams for the weekend on Friday night between 7 and 9pm at the Original White Out Party ™. Exclusive party with catered food, free champagne, DJ and gifts. Get interviewed by industry magazines and Cheer Channel. A relaxing and fun way to start off the competition weekend!
Saturday schedule: Team preliminary competition 9am-9pm. Teams who score in the top 5 compete in the Finals competition on Sunday. Teams that do not make the top 5 compete in the Award of Excellence consolation round on Sunday. 40% of Saturday’s scores are added to Sunday’s scores for final ranking. The same judge panel will score the same teams both days.
Sunday schedule: Team Finals and Award of Excellence competition 9am-8pm! All award ceremonies and bids given out. All teams receive a trophy plaque. Grand Champions and first place teams win the coveted “Crystal Pyramid” trophy, and brag tags. Teams placing top 3 also win banners. Grand Champions win championship jackets, courtesy GTM Sportswear.

Worlds Bids: Pac West offers two partial paid and 2 at large bids to the Cheerleading Worlds. Offering one partial paid and 2 at large bids to the Dance Worlds.  All winning bid teams must use our travel partners Travel Global Trek to make travel arrangements to Worlds.

Special notes: plan to stay the night on Sunday if traveling from out of town as the event goes until at least 8pm.  Choose a hotel within walking distance or on the red Max Light Rail line which goes directly to the convention center from the hotel. If you choose one of our hotels by the airport, you can take the Max from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to the convention center, no need for car rentals. Check the Max for rates and times.

Fun things to do in Portland: take the kids to OMSI, just down the street. Or visit the Children’s Museum and Portland City Zoo, a quick ride on the Max. Best shopping can be found across the river at Pioneer Place, trendy NW 23rd Street or the eclectic Pearl District. Here’s a link to restaurants close to the convention center.
