Vendors
Vendors are welcome to attend our National and Regional Championships. All vendors must set up and take down during scheduled times. Schedule of set up times will be available 3 weeks prior to the event.
Regional Championships
Booth fee: $300 day flat fee. Includes one 8 foot table. No additional commissions are due. Electrical and phone services are our responsibility and you may order these services directly from the convention center. Set up time for Lilac City: 7am.
National Championships
Booth fee: $850 flat fee for all 3 days. Includes 10×10 booth with one 8 foot skirted table and 1/2 page ad in program. No additional commissions are due. Electrical and phone services are your responsibility and may be ordered by clicking here
National vendors must also include a gift basket of your products worth at least $300 to give at the coach White Out Party as a prize. Baskets must be turned in during your set up time. Set up time is from 6am-12noon on Friday March 12th. Your booth must be set up by noon. Take down is Sunday any time after 4pm. Estimated event end time at 8pm. You must have your booth taken down by 9pm.

Optional: You may also supply 400 catalogs and/or samples for distribution in our coach bags. Vendors that supply 400 product samples are also receive and enhanced listing (your logo and website) in our National program.
WSCCA ALL STAR STATE Championships: Fee is $300 for an 8 foot skirted table and includes 1/2 page ad in the program. Fill out the request form below and make check to WSCCA. Mail check to WSCCA c/o Cindy Pardee 9526 NE 31st street Clyde Hill, WA 98004.
Set up time is 6am-8am on Saturday March 20th. Take down after the event.
