Vendors

Vendors are welcome at Pac West events. In order to attend, please fill out form below.

For REGIONAL Championships (one day events), including MOSC Montana event the fee for a booth is $200. The fee for NATIONALS (3 day event) is $800 per booth. You will get one 8×8 foot table and you may keep all your sales. We offer only one booth of a given product so there is no overlap or oversaturation so that you get the full value of your purchase. In addition, you may provide flyers or samples for us to give in the coaches bags. Samples and print collateral must be turned in on the morning of Regional events, or no later than one week prior to Nationals.

Set up time is 6am-8am on the day of the event. Take down after the event.

WSCCA All Star State Championships: Basic membership vendor fee: $75 (includes links on WSCCA website. Event booth fee is $75 additional.  Video and photo vendors pay additional $300 for event booth fee. Contact vendor rep Tara Wood at 206-276-3348.  Fill out the request form below and make check to WSCCA. Mail check to WSCCA c/o Cindy Pardee 9526 NE 31st street Clyde Hill, WA 98004.
