Before you register online: if you have cross overs please contact us before registering online. We will provide you with a coupon code for cross overs. If you have a dance team performing more than one routine, please contact us before registering and we”ll provide you with a coupon code.

TO REGISTER: Please click here to register online. If you wish to use paper registration, choose the form of your choice at the bottom of this page and mail or fax in according to directions.

Online Medical release forms: COACHES, please click the IEP 1Form icon below to link to our account online. If you do not have an account just follow the set up instructions and you are on your way! You only need to fill this out once. This is a FREE service to you and your parents! If you would like for us to set up your account for you, please e-mail us after you register for an event, and let us know. We’ll contact you once set up is complete.

If you have parents without internet access, you may click below for manual paper release form. Please note: If you choose this option, you must return the completed form on the day of your event and the information on paper forms will be good for Pac West events only. We cannot load paper forms onto the main system for all other IEP events.

Confirmation: we process all registrations on the day we receive them. All statements/invoices are sent via email and snail mail. Registrations must be postmarked by the deadline to avoid late fees.

Coach fees: 2 (two) Coaches per team enter free of charge. Additional coaches pay $10 per coach Regionals and $25 per coach Nationals.

Schedule: the schedule for events is posted the Monday prior to the event date by 5pm on the home page of our website for download by coaches and families along with any additional information pertinent to the event. Please direct your parents to our home page to retrieve this information. We accept changes up until the Wednesday prior to the event by email request only. Updates to schedule are posted daily as we receive them until Thursday prior to the event. Any changes made after Wednesday will be included on the master schedule on the day of the event but not posted on the site. Please remember that any changes to your original registration or special requests incur a $15 change fee per change.

Final Scores: final scores are given out at the event to coaches and posted the Monday after the event by 5pm for only 1 week on our blog.
